Responsibilities Manager Treasury (f/m/d)

In this role, you will act as a senior individual contributor within the finance organisation, working closely with and reporting directly to the CFO. You will help establish and further develop Treasury structures, processes and transparency in an international environment, combining hands‑on execution with conceptual work:

  • Oversee relationships with banks, financial institutions, and insurance providers
  • Build and maintain cashflow forecasting models and monitor daily liquidity positions
  • Manage financing activities including credit lines, refinancing, covenants, and relationships with banking partners
  • Further develop the company’s funding strategy and ensure an efficient capital structure
  • Manage key financial risks (FX, interest rate, liquidity, counterparty) and implement suitable mitigation and hedging strategies
  • Establish and enhance Treasury processes, governance structures, policies, and internal controls
  • Assess, select, and support the implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS)
  • Prepare reports, analyses, and decision‑ready materials for senior finance leadership (CFO)
  • Collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure an integrated financial framework

Ideal Manager Treasury (f/m/d)

You hold a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field and bring approximately 3-6 years of experience in Treasury and/or Corporate Finance, ideally from an international business environment outside of pure banking. Ideally, you have worked in e‑commerce, or other scalable international environments. You have expertise in funding & debt management, liquidity planning, capital markets, and financial risk steering. Experience setting up or implementing a TMS is a strong advantage. Good knowledge of modern ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial.

On a personal level, you combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on mindset. You communicate clearly, navigate diverse stakeholders with confidence, and enjoy building structures in environments undergoing change. You are comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, and bringing topics from idea to execution. Fluency in English is a must; German is a plus.

Remuneration

The base salary ranges between 75.000 and 95.000 €, complemented by a company‑wide annual bonus of about 15%.
