Responsibilities Manager Treasury (f/m/d)

In this role, you will act as a senior individual contributor within the finance organisation, working closely with and reporting directly to the CFO. You will help establish and further develop Treasury structures, processes and transparency in an international environment, combining hands‑on execution with conceptual work

  • Build and maintain cash flow forecasting models and manage daily liquidity positions across legal entities and bank accounts
  • Identify financial risks including FX, interest rate, liquidity, counterparty, and operational risks and develop suitable mitigation and hedging strategies
  • Establish and maintain treasury and risk management policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks
  • Oversee relationships with banks, financial institutions, and insurance providers
  • Prepare reports, analyses, and decision-ready materials for senior finance leadership
  • Collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure an integrated financial framework

Ideal Manager Treasury (f/m/d)

You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and bring 3-5 years of experience in treasury and/or financial risk management, ideally gained in a digital, e-commerce, marketplace, or other international business environment. You have solid hands-on expertise in cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and financial risk topics, and a good understanding of accounting principles related to treasury and financial instruments. Experience with TMS and ERP environments particularly SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a clear advantage. 

On a personal level, you combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic, execution-focused mindset. You are detail-oriented, take clear ownership of your topics, and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. You are comfortable building structures in a lean environment and motivated by the opportunity to grow with the role as its scope expands. Fluency in English is a must; German is a plus.

Remuneration

The base salary ranges between 70.000 and 90.000 €, complemented by a company‑wide annual bonus of about 15%.
