Responsibilities Service Operations Manager
You take ownership of improving and scaling core service operations. Your goal is to streamline processes, support Professional Services in delivering high quality work and ensure customers experience a smooth and efficient onboarding.
• Analyse and optimise service operations processes with a focus on efficiency and consistency
• Develop standard operating procedures and clear guidelines for Professional Services
• Support project managers and solution consultants through structured processes and materials
• Oversee the customer onboarding journey and ensure a high quality and timely transition into live operations
• Collect and analyse operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for senior management
• Work closely with Sales Operations, Product and Professional Services to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Develop and deliver internal training to strengthen service operations capabilities
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security requirements in all operational processes
Ideal Service Operations Manager
You bring experience in service operations, process improvement or project management ideally in a SaaS or professional services environment. You work analytically and structured and you enjoy improving processes that impact the whole organisation. Experience in treasury or finance related software projects is an advantage but not required.
You communicate clearly, collaborate well with different teams and feel comfortable creating structure in a growing organisation. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is beneficial. Fluent English is required. Additional European languages are a bonus (especially German).
